Refund policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the Esenyx online store and delivered within the United States.
In the U.S., there is generally no federal “cooling-off”/right of withdrawal for standard online purchases (unlike the EU). Returns for change of mind are therefore governed mainly by a seller’s posted policy and, in some states, by disclosure rules. This Policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable state laws or warranty laws for defective goods.

1) GENERAL TERMS
This Policy applies to U.S. orders only.
All returns require prior authorization from Esenyx. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
Please follow the return instructions provided by our support team to ensure proper processing.
2) LEGAL CANCELLATION / “RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL” (U.S.)
For most online purchases in the United States, there is no general federal right to cancel within a set number of days simply because you changed your mind.
However, if we cannot ship your order within the promised timeframe (or, if no time was stated, within the time required by applicable rules), you may be entitled to cancel and receive a refund under applicable regulations.
3) VOLUNTARY RETURNS (OUR 90-DAY RETURN POLICY)
In addition to any rights you may have under applicable law, Esenyx voluntarily offers a 90-day return window from the date your order is delivered for most items.
Eligibility requirements (change-of-mind returns):

Item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and (when applicable) in its original packaging.

A proof of purchase is required (order number, confirmation email, or other valid proof).

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless we state otherwise in writing.

Shipping tip: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Esenyx cannot guarantee receipt of returns sent without tracking.
4) DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM
If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact esenyx@hotmail.com as soon as possible and include:

A brief description of the issue

Photos of the item and packaging (recommended)
When confirmed, we will, as appropriate:

Cover reasonable return shipping and send a replacement, or

Issue a full refund.
5) NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (EXCEPT WHERE REQUIRED BY LAW)
Unless the item is defective or the law requires otherwise, we do not accept returns for:

Customized or made-to-order items

Personal use / hygiene / wellness items that have been opened, unsealed, or used, when they cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons

Gift cards
Sale/discounted items are returnable under this Policy as long as they meet the eligibility requirements above.
6) REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Original shipping fees are not refundable, except when the return is due to damage, defect, or an error by Esenyx.
Refund timing:

After approval, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days.

Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
