At Esenyx, we aim to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on our online store and shipped within the United States.

1) ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and holidays.
“Processing time” means the time needed to prepare your order (verification, packing, and handoff to the carrier). It does not include transit time.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation (and tracking information when available).
2) SHIPPING / TRANSIT TIMES (UNITED STATES)
After your order leaves our facility, the estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on:

weather events or other service disruptions

peak demand periods (see Section 7)
Remote or rural areas may require additional time.
3) IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT DELIVERY ESTIMATES
All delivery timelines shown on the site, in checkout, or in confirmation emails are estimated and not guaranteed for a specific date.
While we do our best to meet the estimated timelines, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including carrier issues, weather, customs/security screenings (if applicable), or periods of high volume.
4) SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
If a free shipping promotion applies, it will be clearly shown during checkout.
5) ORDER TRACKING
When available, tracking details will be sent via email after shipment.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear or refresh in the carrier system after the label is created or after the first scan.
6) SHIPPING ADDRESSES
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Esenyx is not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an address issue:

we may be able to reship it, but additional shipping fees may apply, or

we may issue a refund according to our Return & Refund Policy (original shipping fees are typically non-refundable unless required by law or due to our error).
7) PEAK SEASONS & EXCEPTIONAL DELAYS
During high-volume periods (e.g., promotions, Black Friday/Cyber Week, holidays) or extraordinary events (carrier disruptions, severe weather, strikes, or other logistical issues), deliveries may take longer than estimated.
We appreciate your patience during these times.
8) PACKAGES NOT RECEIVED
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window plus an additional 5 business days, please contact us at esenyx@hotmail.com and include:

any tracking information you received
We will investigate with the carrier and help determine the next steps.
